Description

The Ubiquiti UniFi PRO UAP-AC-PRO is a high-performance dual-band Wi-Fi access point with 3×3 MIMO, 48V PoE support, and up to 1300 Mbps speed, ideal for high-density environments. The Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC Pro WiFi 5 (802.11ac) access point is ideal for deployments that either need a weatherproof access point or standard 802.3af PoE/802.3at Power over Ethernet. The UAP-AC-PRO boasts a 5Ghz speed of 1300 Mbps and simultaneous dual-band operation with 3×3 MIMO in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.

The UAP-AC-Pro is a Gigabit, 802.3af powered access point that can be ceiling or wall mounting, and is suitable to deploy indoors or in a covered outdoor environment. The UAP-AC-PRO supports all Ubiquiti enterprise switches as well as 3rd Party Enterprise Switches. It should not, however, be installed in an open environment. The mounting location should be at least 60 cm (2 ft) from the edge of the eave or ceiling, and the cable feed must be pointed downwards when wall-mounted. Shielded Category 5 (or above) cabling should be used for all outdoor wired Ethernet connections and should be grounded through the AC ground of the PoE. We recommend that you protect your networks from harmful outdoor environments and destructive ESD events with industrial-grade, shielded Ethernet cable.
