Advantages
- Lots of programmable lines / feature keys → great for power users, receptionists, those handling many simultaneous calls.
- Good audio quality, wideband, full duplex speakerphone.
- PoE support simplifies cable/power setup.
- Flexible mounting & bezel choices.
- Strong security features.
Limitations / Considerations
- Ethernet is 10/100 in many versions; not gigabit throughput, so if large amounts of data through the phone (PC pass‑through etc.) that might be a bottleneck.
- Monochrome display (not colour) → less “flashy” UI, but functional.
- Relatively heavy / large footprint compared to smaller desktop phones.
- Price might be higher compared to simpler phones with fewer features.
