What You Need

Physical Setup
- Power off all switches before connecting.
- Connect StackWise ports using stacking cables:
- For ring topology (recommended): Connect the last switch back to the first to ensure redundancy.
- Mount switches securely in a rack with proper ventilation.
Key Restrictions
- Only homogeneous stacking is supported — mix-and-match models or license levels won’t work.
- Up to 8 switches can be stacked.
- C9200L models cannot be stacked with C9200 models
