The MR44 is a high-performance access point built for modern environments like offices, schools, hospitals, retail stores, and hotels. It delivers fast, reliable WiFi with enterprise-level security and is easy to manage through the cloud. Supporting up to 3 Gbps combined throughput across its 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, it also includes a third radio for real-time wireless intrusion detection and prevention (WIDS/WIPS) and automated RF optimization. A fourth radio handles Bluetooth scanning and beaconing. With its powerful hardware, multiple radios, and smart software features, the MR44 is ideal for demanding setups, including crowded areas and applications that require high bandwidth, such as voice calls and HD video streaming.

• Self-configuring, self-maintaining, always up-to-date: When plugged in, the MR46 automatically connects to the Meraki cloud, downloads its configuration, and joins the appropriate network. If new firmware is required, this is retrieved by the AP and updated automatically. This ensures the network is kept up-to-date with bug fixes, security updates, and new features.
